民企高管肩负企业发展的重要使命,能否胜任岗位职责,将直接决定企业未来发展前景的优劣。当前民企高管的胜任力普遍不足,职业技能缺乏,人际关系协调能力薄弱,缺乏自我管理能力等。因此,研究民企高管胜任力特质,加强其经营管理能力、自控能力及关系处理能力建设,对提高民企高管工作效能具有重要的指导意义。
Executives of private enterprises shouldering the important mission of enterprise development, ability to perform their job responsibilities, will directly determine the pros and cons of the future development of enterprises. At present, the competency of senior executives in private enterprises is generally inadequate, the lack of vocational skills, weak interpersonal coordination skills and lack of self-management capabilities. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the competency characteristics of senior management of private-owned enterprises, strengthen their management ability, self-control ability and relationship-handling ability.
