针对预浸料碳纤维树脂基复合材料成型的特点,采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了碳纤维/YPH-23环氧树脂预浸料的DSC曲线,并与纯树脂的DSC曲线进行对比分析。研究结果表明:预浸料的DSC曲线与纯树脂存在差异;预浸料在130~160℃范围内的固化反应符合自催化固化反应模型,固化反应活化能为45.560kJ/mol;预浸料的动力学研究结果更能反映实际复合材料制造成型过程中的特征,可为实际复合材料的成型工艺优化提供参考。
The DSC curves of carbon fiber / YPH-23 epoxy resin prepreg were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) according to the forming characteristics of the prepreg carbon fiber resin matrix composite and compared with the DSC curve of pure resin . The results show that the DSC curve of prepreg differs from that of pure resin. The curing reaction of prepreg in the temperature range of 130 ~ 160 ℃ conforms to the autocatalytic curing reaction model, and the activation energy of curing reaction is 45.560kJ / mol. The results of kinetic studies can better reflect the characteristics of the actual composite manufacturing process and provide a reference for the optimization of the molding process of the actual composite materials.
