回顾性分析了近13年来收治的15例无功能胰岛细胞瘤的临床诊治经验。结合文献复习,讨论了本病的定位、定性诊断。认为积极地手术切除是治疗的首选方法。本病预后良好,恶性者亦应积极行姑息性手术并辅以化疗。 We retrospectively analyzed the clinical diagnosis and treatment of 15 cases of nonfunctioning islet cell tumor treated in the past 13 years. Combined with review of the literature, the positioning and qualitative diagnosis of the disease were discussed. It is considered that aggressive surgical resection is the preferred method of treatment. The prognosis of this disease is good, and malignant patients should also actively perform palliative surgery and supplement chemotherapy.
