镇安抽水蓄能电站工程1#泄洪排沙洞衬砌采用C35W8F100抗冲耐磨混凝土.1#泄洪排沙洞运行期间流速高、流量大,对混凝土的耐磨性、抗冲刷性要求高,混凝土中增加硅粉、钢纤维,能够有效解决混凝土早期塑形干缩产生的裂缝、后期收缩裂缝,但对施工要求高、施工难度大.本文通过现场生产性试验,了解抗冲耐磨混凝土的施工特性,在实际施工中对各个工艺流程进行优化,提出施工过程中的质量控制措施,并从抗冲耐磨混凝土配合比设计、原材料、浇筑振捣工艺、分仓、温控等关键工序实践应用中归纳总结,取得良好的施工效果.
