我国是农业大国,农业发展过程高度依赖土地资源及水资源,加上我国区域经济发展不均衡,要巩固农业的基础地位,提高农田作物抗自然灾害能力,需要围绕农田水利工程做好基础建设及管理维护.本文以建设数量及规模较大的小型农田水利工程为例,探究其在规划设计环节存在的问题及相关注意事项.
