任何养鱼池的生产力主要取决于该池中有机物的累积作用。与浮游植物产物一样,高等水生植物产物和无论是通过自然途径还是随有机肥料、饲料进入池内的外来性物质对养鱼池积累有机物也能起重要作用。测定总的细菌矿化作用可以作为确定在池内形成的和从外面进入的有机物总量的方法之一。对养鱼池中有机质的分解作用问题的了解尚不够充分,要求对此作进一步研究以奠定控制微生物作用的科学基础。因此在阿斯特拉罕水产技术学院开展了
The productivity of any fish pond depends primarily on the cumulative effect of organic matter in the pond. As with phytoplankton products, higher aquatic plant products and the extraneous matter that feeds into the pond, whether through natural means or with organic fertilizers, can also play an important role in the accumulation of organic matter in fish ponds. Determining the total bacterial mineralization can be one of the ways to determine the total amount of organic matter that forms in and out of the cell. Understanding of the problem of decomposition of organic matter in fish ponds is not yet sufficient and calls for further research to lay the scientific foundation for controlling the role of microorganisms.
