在催化剂的研制过程中,往往需要了解催化剂中某种物相的晶粒大小,它对加速催化剂的研制,了解催化剂物性变化、机械强度、失活原因及推算比表面等都有参考价值.X射线宽化法测定平均晶粒大小,在国内外已有人做过.我们曾采用天津大学化学系的实验数据建立了这种分析方法.本文在前面的数据基础上用一元三点插值法对三条曲线进行处理.编以适合PC-1500计算机的程序行运算,得到了令人满意的结果.
