以合成的非手性金属配合物乙二胺缩邻香草醛Cu(Ⅱ)(CuL)、乙二胺缩邻香草醛Ni(Ⅱ)(NiL)为催化剂,分别用于对D,L-丙交酯(D,L-LA)和L-丙交酯(L-LA)的开环聚合,二者均表现出了差异性的聚合效果。NiL催化开环聚合的产物聚左旋乳酸(PLLA)的分子量明显高于聚消旋乳酸(PDLLA),达到25.635×103g/mol,且经1HNMR表征,外消旋化不明显,对D,L-LA的开环聚合,产物PDLLA分子量分布相对较窄(PDI=1.07),表现出了活性可控聚合的特点。
The synthesis of non-chiral metal complexes ethylene diamine shrinking vanillin Cu (Ⅱ) (CuL), ethylene diamine vanillin aldehyde Ni (Ⅱ) (NiL) as a catalyst, respectively, for D, L- Ring-opening polymerization of lactide (D, L-LA) and L-lactide (L-LA), both of which showed a differential polymerization effect. The molecular weight of poly (L-lactic acid) (PLLA) catalyzed by NiL was significantly higher than that of PDLLA (25.635 × 103g / mol). The racemization was not obvious by 1HNMR, LA ring-opening polymerization, the product of PDLLA molecular weight distribution is relatively narrow (PDI = 1.07), showing the activity of controlled polymerization characteristics.
