81A372—SM 5t电动抓斗桥式起重机是我厂关键设备,其跨度16.5m,在长期运行中发现一些问题: 1.设计布局不合理。该机升降、开闭电器控制柜及起动——调整电阻器全部布置在桥架上方,正对着含有大量酸性氟气的出料口,直接腐蚀着电器控制柜及起动——调整电阻器。 2.升降、开闭时不稳定,使电动抓斗钢丝绳经常折断。 3.电磁制动装置容易发生故障。该机电磁制动装置原设计为交流电磁制动器,在运行中制动不平稳,噪声大,振动剧烈,有时由于制动频繁和机械位移而烧坏电磁线圈。
