采用问卷调查法,对组织公民行为的结构进行检验,并探讨印象整饰、心理控制源对组织公民行为的效应。结果表明:组织公民行为包括公司认同、利他行为和个人主动性三个维度。利他行为和个人主动性的变异很大程度上可以由印象整饰和心理控制源来解释;印象整饰、内控对组织公民行为有正向的影响作用,而外控对组织公民行为的影响是反向的。
Using questionnaire to test the structure of organizational citizenship behavior and to explore the effect of impression decoration and psychological control on organizational citizenship behavior. The results show that organizational citizenship behavior includes three dimensions: corporate identity, altruistic behavior and individual initiative. The variation of altruism and personal initiative can be largely explained by impression and psychological control. Impression finishing and internal control have a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, while the influence of external control on organizational citizenship behavior is opposite.
