(2014年4月15日)1全力推进水利改革攻坚,确保完成今年各项改革任务今年是全面深化改革的开局之年。《自治区党委贯彻落实<中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定>的意见》,对自治区重要领域和关键环节改革攻坚做出了总部署、总动员,《自治区全面深化改革领导小组关于分类有序推进改革的实施方案》对《意见》确定的重点改革任务进行了分类梳理,作出了具体部署,明确了每项改革任务的责任人和牵头单位。
