目的:建立裸花紫珠中鞣质含量测定的方法。方法:以没食子酸为对照品,采用分光光度法测定裸花紫珠中鞣质含量,用磷钼钨酸试液显色后,于760 nm测定供试品溶液中总酚和不被吸附的多酚的吸光值,标准曲线法求得鞣质含量。结果:本方法在1.082-10.82μg/mL线性范围内吸光度与鞣质含量呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9991,n=6),平均回收率为97.69%,RSD%为1.96%,n=6。结论:该方法简单易行,结果可靠,可用于裸花紫珠中鞣质的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of tannin content in naked flower. Methods: Gallic acid was used as reference substance, the content of tannin in naked flower was determined by spectrophotometry, and the total phenols in the test solution and its non-adsorbed Absorbance of polyphenols, the standard curve method for tannin content. Results: The linearity of the method was linear with the range of 1.082-10.82μg / mL (r = 0.9991, n = 6). The average recovery was 97.69%, RSD% was 1.96%, n = 6 . Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable and can be used for the determination of tannin in naked flower.
