切削加工过程中形成的毛刺,对产品装配后的性能会造成很严重的影响,尤其在航空、航天精密仪表、伺服机构中,毛刺等这类多余物必须事先清除干净。本文结合我校科研成果,论述了基于磨料和电化学作用的挤压珩磨去毛刺、磁性磨料流去毛刺和磁性磨料流电解去毛刺等几种先进去毛刺技术的原理、特点和适用范围。
Burrs formed during the cutting process can have a serious impact on the performance of the product assembly, especially in aviation, aerospace precision instruments, servo agencies, burrs and other such extras must be cleared in advance. Based on the scientific research achievements of our university, the principle, characteristics and application range of several advanced deburring technologies, such as squeeze honing deburring, magnetic abrasive deburring and magnetic abrasive deburring, are discussed based on our scientific research achievements.
