弹挠性零件刚度测量方法是弹挠性惯性仪表制造技术的难点和关键。在综述现有弹挠性零件刚度测量方法的基础上,重点介绍了新近出现的用于弹挠性零件刚度测试的激发器谐振测量法、静电激励谐振测量法、声激励谐振测量法以及瞬态碰击激励测量方法。与传统的静态刚度测量方法相比,激励源谐振测量方法具有测量精度高、非接触等特点,具有易实现生产现场测试、加工中测试的优点。
