当前,节俭之风盛行,品牌建设成为提升高星级饭店核心竞争力的主要途径。在借鉴国内外品牌及品牌评价研究理论的基础上,构建旅游饭店品牌评价指标体系,以实证方法选取苏州50家典型的五星级、四星级、三星级酒店为样本对品牌指标体系进行了验证,提出当前旅游饭店品牌建设从品牌打造、服务品质、品牌推广等方面的建议和思路。
