[目的]探讨医院专科化趋势下,跨科室协作的可能性,为构建临床科室协作平台提供依据。[方法]以医院科室合著网络为切入点,应用社会网络技术,对医院科室合著情况进行分析并对合著结构进行可视化处理。[结果]目前大型综合性医院专科化趋势日益增强;放射科对临床科室辅助作用显著;心脏内、外科和神经内、外科合著关系十分密切;以老年科为中心形成多个内科科室集群。[结论]应因势利导,进行管理与组织创新,促进心脏诊疗/神经以及老年病诊疗协作平台构建。 [Objective] To explore the possibility of cross-departmental collaboration under the trend of hospital specialization and to provide the basis for establishing a clinical departmental collaboration platform. [Methods] With the co-operation network of hospital departments as the starting point, the social network technology was used to analyze the co-operation between departments and departments of hospitals and to visualize the co-operative structures. [Results] At present, the trend of specialization of large-scale general hospitals is increasing day by day. Radiologists have a significant assistant role in the clinical departments. The intracardiac, surgical and neurological, and surgical co-operative relationships are very close. The geriatric department forms a cluster of medical departments. [Conclusions] Should be guided by the circumstance, management and organizational innovation should be promoted to promote the establishment of a collaborative platform for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac diagnosis / neurosis and geriatrics.
