为了提高汽车与二轮车碰撞车速鉴定结果的准确性,引入对骑乘人员及二轮车再现碰撞车速模型进行不确定度理论的评定方法。首先,根据运动学公式、动能定理和冲量定理,建立了骑乘人员及二轮车抛距-碰撞车速模型。其次,结合某起轿车与电动自行车碰撞事故的现场勘查数据,计算出骑乘人员及电动自行车抛距-碰撞车速模型的碰撞车速,应用不确定度理论的评定方法,得到碰撞车速的最佳取值范围。最后,通过MATLAB数值校核、PCCrash模拟仿真验证及行驶记录仪分析,证明了模型和不确定度评定方法的合理有效性。
In order to improve the veracity of the car and motorcycle collision speed appraisal results, a method of assessing the theory of uncertainty for reproducing collision speed model of riders and two-wheelers is introduced. First, according to kinematics formula, kinetic energy theorem and impulse theorem, the rider and two-wheeled vehicle throw-and-crash speed model is established. Secondly, based on the scene reconnaissance data of a car and electric bicycle collision accident, calculate the colliding speed of riders and e-bike from the distance-collision speed model, and apply the method of uncertainty theory to get the best collision speed Value range. Finally, through MATLAB numerical verification, PCCrash simulation and tachograph analysis, it proves the validity of the model and uncertainty assessment method.
