目的掌握本辖区内越冬蚊虫种类、数量和分布。方法越冬蚊调查采用捕捉法,选取地下车库、空关房屋、楼梯背面等越冬蚊主要栖息的场所进行调查。结果连续2年的调查均查到越冬蚊,且均为淡色库蚊。在地下车库捕获的成蚊数最多。蚊虫侵害密度最高的场所是泵房,其次为楼梯背面及地下室。将捕获的蚊虫按捕获地点分为地面建筑和地下建筑二组,二组间雌蚊比例差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.036,P<0.05);脂肪体累计率差异有统计学意义(χ2=33.06,P<0.05)。结论为控制蚊虫密度,防制蚊虫传播疾病的发生和流行,应做好越冬蚊的控制。
Objective To grasp the species, quantity and distribution of overwintering mosquitoes within their own jurisdiction. Methods The overwintering mosquito survey was conducted by using the catch method, selecting the places where the overwintering mosquitoes mainly inhabit the underground garages, vacant houses and the back of the stairs. Results For two consecutive years, overwintering mosquitoes were found, all of which were Culex pipiens pallens. The largest number of mosquitoes caught in the underground garage. The mosquito infestation density is the highest pump room, followed by the back of stairs and basement. The captured mosquitoes were divided into two groups according to their capture sites: ground construction and underground construction. There was significant difference in the proportion of female mosquitoes between the two groups (χ2 = 5.036, P <0.05); the cumulative rate of fat body was statistically significant (χ2 = 33.06, P <0.05). Conclusion In order to control the density of mosquitoes and prevent the occurrence and prevalence of mosquito-borne diseases, the control of overwintering mosquitoes should be well controlled.
