舞蹈基训课的系统训练是发展学生弹跳力的主要途径,毯子功等课的训练也能起到辅助作用,但是这些系统训练作为一种普遍教学手段,在强化训练和因材施教方面存在着一定的局限性。特殊情况和特殊对象需要采取特殊手段,经过多年教学和科研的实际接触,我认为,辅助训练在提高弹跳力方面不失为一种有效方法。97年上半年我利用在附中任古典舞基训课的机会,进行了一次由理论到实践的尝试,收到良好效果,现将情况介绍如下。
The systematic training of the dance basic training class is the main way to develop the students’ jumping ability. The training of the blanket class can also play an auxiliary role. However, as a universal teaching method, these systematic trainings have certain aspects of strengthening training and teaching students according to their aptitudes limitation. Special circumstances and special needs to take special measures, after years of teaching and research actual contact, I think, auxiliary training in improving the springing force after all, is an effective method. In the first half of 1997, I took the opportunity of practicing the classical dance course in the High School and conducted an attempt from theory to practice and received good results.
