要求载重轮胎胎侧胶具有耐切割性等的抗撕裂强度,但如果采用过去的方法是很难平衡抗撕裂强度与拉断伸长率的。因此,虽然有在橡胶配方中配合间同立构1,2-聚丁二烯橡胶胶料的方法,但由于天然橡胶与间同立构1,2-聚丁二烯橡胶的分散性非常差,所以存在着不能充分发挥橡胶各自长处的问题。通过在100质量份天然橡胶与间同立构1,2-聚丁二烯橡胶并用胶中配合0.1~1.5重量份二酰肼可解决轮胎胎侧胶的上述问题。
