在分析两种已有螺旋弹簧刚度计算方法的基础上提出了一种优化计算方法,即用非线性数值统计方法拟合弹簧工作高度和横向刚度间的公式,导出弹簧工作高度修正系数与弹簧结构几何参数的关系。基于3种计算方法的分析和实验结果的验证,采用修正工作高度的方法计算的横向刚度理论值与试验结果间的最大误差不超过15%,能更好地满足工程理论分析要求。
Based on the analysis of two methods for calculating the stiffness of the existing helical springs, an optimization calculation method is proposed, that is, the formulas of the working height and the transverse stiffness of the springs are fitted by using the nonlinear numerical statistics method, and the correction coefficient of the working height of the springs and the spring structure The relationship between geometric parameters.
