The development of red mite in the ground is greatly affected by temperature, and we (Xu Bingkun, Su Keqin, Chen Xintao, 1958,1959) experiments and observations have repeatedly proved this point. However, since this is a very important issue in the epidemiology of scrub typhus, it is still not enough to know this alone; at the lowest level, we should know exactly how much the temperature affects the development of scrub typhus at various stages. We think it might be possible to explain the geographical distribution of tsutsugamushi and the distribution of tsutsugamushi by tsutsugamushi and possibly even speculate tsutsugamushi in an area not yet investigated. For these reasons, we systematically conducted this experiment under more strictly controlled circumstances and conditions.
