目的:建立通阻颗粒质量标准。方法:采用薄层鉴别方法进行定性鉴别,运用高效液相色谱法测定芦荟苷含量。结果:确立了制剂中芦荟、甘草、诃子肉鉴别方法,通过方法学系统考察,建立了芦荟苷的含量测定方法,其芦荟苷的线性范围为0.41～2.46μg,回归方程Y=12 704X+48.84(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率96.39%,RSD 0.76%(n=9)。结论:建立的鉴别和含量测定方法简便、准确、重复性好,适用于质量控制。
Objective: To establish Tongqian granules quality standard. Methods: TLC identification method was used for qualitative identification, using high performance liquid chromatography determination of aloin content. Results: Aloe, licorice and Myrobalan meat were identified in the preparation. The method of determination of aloin was established. The linear range of aloin was 0.41 ~ 2.46μg, the regression equation was Y = 12 704X + 48.84 (r = 0.999 9), the average recovery was 96.39%, RSD 0.76% (n = 9). Conclusion: The establishment of identification and determination of content is simple, accurate, reproducible, suitable for quality control.
