2013年年初,编辑界发生了的三大新闻事件:吴文辉网络编辑团队出走盛大、陈忠实先生自掏腰包设立“白鹿原当代文学编辑奖”、2013中国好编辑推选颁奖典礼在京举行,热热闹闹地让编辑这一角色走向前台,让业界的话题聚焦在编辑这个群体。但关于编辑我们究竟要讨论什么?它的地位和作用的重要性、它的改变和重塑的紧迫性都已毋庸置疑地得到了行业内外的共识,然而意识共识之后,怎样去做才是现代出版的现实课题。为此,我刊特别邀请到4位一直在编辑一线上工作的中青年编辑,和我们一起思索:云出版时代,如何做好一名编辑、如何做一名好编辑这个大课题。同时,也非常感谢因2013年7月《云出版时代,好编辑如何修成正果(上篇)》刊登后,而征集到更多读者、作者的反馈意见和相关话题论文。上期在相对笼统的几个话题中,我们已经看到因思想碰撞出来的一些火花非常亮眼:周蔚华老师提出的10大编辑功能进一步具化了编辑工作在现代出版全过程中的贯穿性;李又顺编辑认为考察一个编辑是不是好编辑,要看其是否具有“编辑灵魂”;金马洛编辑则强调编辑要靠自己的积极主动性让自己重要起来;邵培松编辑从营销策划的角度更侧重编辑工作的整合性;“海量资料”“大数据”时代是否是一个新的起跑线等等。而这期的做好编辑再探讨又将给我们带来更有力量和价值的观点。
In early 2013, there were three news events in the editorial community: Wu Wenhui’s online editorial team was experiencing a grand opening. Mr. Chen Zhongshi set aside his pocket to set up the “White Deer Award for Contemporary Literature Editing.” The 2013 China Editor-in-Chief Award Ceremony was held in Beijing. Let the editorial role in the foreground, so that industry topics focused on editing this group. But what exactly should we discuss about editing? The importance of its status and role, the changes of it and the urgency of remodeling have undoubtedly gained the consensus both inside and outside the industry. However, after consensus, what should be done is modern Publication of the real issue. To this end, my magazine invited four young and middle-aged editors who have been working in the editing field to think together with us: how to be an editor and how to be a good editor in the cloud publishing era. At the same time, I am also very grateful for the feedback received from more readers, authors, and related theses after the publication of “How Good Editors Achieve Positive Results (Part 1)” in the July 2013 issue of Cloud Publishing. In the last few articles on a relatively general aspect, we have already seen some of the sparks that collide with our minds are very bright: the ten major editorial functions proposed by the teacher Zhou Weihua have further streamlined the editorial work in the whole process of modern publishing; Editors think it is not a good edit to look at an editor, depending on whether it has “Edit Soul ”; Jinmalu editors emphasize that editors rely on their own initiative to make themselves important; Editor Shao Peisong more emphasis on editing from the perspective of marketing planning Work integration; “mass data ” “big data ” era is a new starting line and so on. This period of editing and then discuss in turn will give us more power and value of the point of view.
