高校就业心理教育的缺失是加重学生就业难的主要原因之一。高校学生在校学习期间缺乏对社会就业情况及自身能力的准确认识,没有实现从学校到社会的心理过渡,导致在心理上难以适应日益激烈的就业竞争。针对高校学生普遍存在的就业心理障碍,结合新时期数字化传播环境的特点,分析网络媒体下高校就业心理教育中存在的问题,并提出明确定位目标、优化网络技术、丰富教育内容以及教育方式等策略,以期提高高校就业心理教育的水平,引导学生实现就业心里过渡。
The lack of employment psychology education in colleges and universities is one of the main reasons that make students’ employment difficult. In view of the common employment psychological barriers of college students and the characteristics of the digital communication environment in the new era, this paper analyzes the existing problems in employment psychology education of colleges and universities under the internet media and puts forward some strategies such as clearly positioning the target, optimizing network technology, enriching educational contents and education methods , With a view to improve the level of employment psychological education in colleges and universities, to guide students to achieve employment transition.
