首先我代表上海市新闻出版局向《上海档案》创刊17年、出版100期表示衷心的祝贺！同时也代表新闻出版局,感谢上海市档案局的领导以及《上海档案》编辑部和全体同志为上海出了这么好的一本刊物。中国现在有刊物8000多种,其中上海有600多种。我国的刊号以及办刊不是无限制的,所以很多人都想去申请一个刊号,觉得这是一个资源,有了刊号可以办刊、可以赚钱。其实办过刊的人都知道,办刊是非常辛苦的事情,刊物停停办办、办办停停的情况也非常多,完全不是有些人想的那么一回事。特别是《上海档案》这样一本专业性非常强的刊物,17 年能够办下来,出满100期,目前在这么好的一个平台上规划继续发展,我觉得非常不容易。上海有《故事会》等一些发行量很大的刊物,有的能够发行3、4百万册,盈利几千万,但是也有很多的刊物只有1、2千份的发行量,经费来源有困难,员工留不住,刊物也办不下去,资源实际上很难利用起来。《上海档案》能够办到今天,我想和市档案局领导及广大作者和读者的支持是分不开的。当然与我们编辑部同志的努力也分不开。他们一篇篇文章、一个个字审阅,始终把好宣传舆论关,使这么一本刊物在专业性的基础上办出自己的特色,拥有这么多的读者,我非常敬佩。
First of all, on behalf of the Shanghai Press and Publication Bureau, I hereby give my heartfelt congratulation to the publication of “Shanghai Archives” for 17 years and to publish 100 issues. Also on behalf of the Press and Publication Administration, thanked the leaders of the Shanghai Archives Bureau and the editorial department of Shanghai Archives and all the comrades for the publication of such a good publication for Shanghai. There are over 8,000 publications in China now, of which over 600 are in Shanghai. The issue of our country and the issue is not unlimited, so many people want to apply for a issue, I think this is a resource, with the issue of the issue can make money. In fact, those who have published an overdue report know that running journals is a very difficult matter. Publications are stopped and run. There are also many stops and no-go cases, which are totally different from what some people think. In particular, the publication “Shanghai Archives” is a very highly specialized publication that can be completed in 17 years out of 100 and is currently planning to continue developing on such a good platform. I find it very difficult. Shanghai has a number of highly-circulation publications such as “storytelling sessions.” Some can issue 3,4 million copies and make a profit of tens of millions. However, there are also many publications that have only 1,2,000 copies in circulation and have difficulty in source of funds , Staff can not stay, publications can not do, the resources are actually difficult to use. “Shanghai Archives” can be done today, I think the leadership of the Municipal Archives and the majority of authors and readers are inseparable from the support. Of course, it is inseparable from the efforts of our editorial comrades. They read articles and examined them one by one. They have always done a good job of publicizing the media so that such a publication can run its own characteristics on a professional basis. With so many readers, I really admire it.
