目的 检测抗糜蛋白酶(α_1-antichymotrypsin/α_1-ACT)、抗胰蛋白酶(α_1-antirtypsin/α_1-AT)及转铁蛋白(transferrin/TF)在腺淋巴瘤和腮腺正常组织中的表达,对腺淋巴瘤的上皮的组织发生学进行初步探讨。方法 应用免疫组织化学技术检测32例腺淋巴瘤和正常腮腺α_1—ACT、α_1-AT和TF的表达。结果α_1-ACT和α_1—AT主要分布于腔细胞,TF主要分布于基底细胞;腺淋巴瘤上皮成分和腮腺腺泡细胞、闰管细胞有相似的免疫表达特征。结论 腺淋巴瘤两层上皮细胞形态结构不同,功能分化有差异;腺淋巴瘤和正常腮腺组织腺泡细胞、闰管细胞之间可能存在组织发生学联系。
Objective To detect the expressions of α_1-antichymotrypsin / α_1-ACT, α_1-antirtypsin / α_1-AT and transferrin / TF in adenolymphoma and normal parotid gland. Tissue development of lymphoma epithelium was explored. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of α 1 -TACT, α 1 -AT and TF in 32 cases of adenolymphoma and parotid gland. Results α_1-ACT and α_1-AT were mainly distributed in the luminal cells. TF mainly distributed in the basal cells. The epithelial components of glandular lymphoma and parotid acinar cells and the intercalator cells had similar immunological characteristics. Conclusions The morphology and structure of the epithelial cells of the two glandular lymphoma are different, and their function differentiation is different. There may be histological correlation between adenolymphoma and normal parotid gland acinar cells and intercalary duct cells.
