目前在分析化学实验教学当中,存在着对实验课教师利益重视不够,工作量计算不合理,实验技术人员整体素质较差,分析天平和玻璃仪器设备维护欠缺,筛选实验教师和实验技术人员的标准不清晰,缺乏可操作的监督检查和定量考核制度等问题。通过提高实验课教师和实验技术人员入行门槛,尊重和重视他们的劳动,提高其整体素质以及建立起量化考核评价机制和激励、惩罚淘汰机制,可以提高实验教学效果。
