在1991年物探系统政研分会成立大会上,总公司领导提出“要把思想政治工作真正当作一门科学来研究,要和自然科学研究一样,建立一套科学程序”.这使我们受到很大启发,认为这是改进政工研究的一个新思路.我们在实践中也确实感到,企业深化改革、走上市场,给思想政治工作带来了许多新情况、新问题,政工研究的任务更加繁重,单凭过去那种少数人自发、分散的研究方式,已显得很不适应,必须尽快找到一种更能集中力量、运用综合手段解决现实问题的形式.来充实和完善原有的政研工作.为此,我们考察了自然科学课题研究和项目管理的基本程序和方法,从1992年开始.初步设计了开题、实验、评审等工作程序,在全部24个会员单位中积极开展了政工课题研究活动.
