近年来,我国中学生体质健康水平呈持续下降趋势,已经引起国家和社会的高度关注,加强中学体育教学质量是增进学生体质健康水平的重要途径,对于提高全民族健康素质也具有着重要而深远的意义。在“新课标”下中学阶段应注重激发学生对体育运动的兴趣,同时引导学生掌握正确的体育基础知识、基本技能及方法,增强学生体质,同时培养学生坚强的意志、团队合作精神以及交往能力,促进学生全面健康的发展。本文通过对中学体育教学环境进行分析,对中学体育教学的误区等方面进行深入研究,探究该体育教学方法技术难点,指出改进途径,旨在为中学体育教学环境的建设提供理论参考。
In recent years, the physique and health level of Chinese middle school students has been declining continuously, which has aroused the great concern of our country and society. Strengthening the quality of physical education in middle school is an important way to improve students’ physique and health level. It is also important and far-reaching for improving the national health quality significance. In the “new curriculum standard” under secondary phase should focus on stimulating students ’interest in sports, and guide students to grasp the correct basic knowledge of sports, basic skills and methods to enhance students’ physique, while cultivating students strong will and team spirit As well as the ability to communicate to promote the overall and healthy development of students. By analyzing the teaching environment of middle school physical education and making a deep research on the misunderstandings of physical education in middle school, this article explores the technical difficulties of the teaching method of physical education and points out the ways to improve it so as to provide theoretical reference for the construction of physical education environment in middle school.
