应用有限元分析软件模拟得出了SUS304不锈钢不发生破裂的最大拉延直径,估算板料的极限拉延比。为了确保成形实验的准确性,进行了重复性实验。实验结果表明,实测值与仿真结果误差较小,说明了实验的可靠性。最后通过调整滑块运动速度和压边力的大小,找到了最佳的成形工艺参数。结果能为模具设计、设备选择以及生产实践提供理论指导。
Finite element analysis software was used to simulate the maximum drawing diameter of SUS304 stainless steel without rupture, and the ultimate draw ratio of sheet metal was estimated. In order to ensure the accuracy of the forming experiment, a repetitive experiment was carried out. The experimental results show that the error between the measured value and the simulation result is small, which shows the reliability of the experiment. Finally, by adjusting the speed of the slider and the size of the blank holder force, the best forming process parameters were found. The results can provide theoretical guidance for mold design, equipment selection and production practice.
