根据国内热水器不锈钢内胆孔蚀多发地区水质分析报告 ,研究了自来水的稳定性、Cl-、NaClO含量以及温度对不锈钢孔蚀趋势的影响 ,并从不锈钢内胆材质以及加工工艺分析了孔蚀集中发生在焊缝附近的原因 .实验证明热水器不锈钢内胆孔蚀是不锈钢成分和组织结构与特殊腐蚀介质、温度等因素共同作用的结果
According to the report of water quality analysis of stainless steel liner with pitting corrosion in domestic water heater, the influence of tap water stability, Cl-, NaClO content and temperature on pitting corrosion tendency of stainless steel was studied.
