根据湿式离合器传动的特点,提出了湿式离合器接合过程中基于滑差率的摩擦片间压力的在线确定方法,并以此作为目标压力对离合器进行控制。仿真结果表明,基于滑差率的CVT离合器模糊自适应PID控制能较好的控制离合器接合过程,使汽车能够平稳快速起步。
According to the characteristics of wet clutch transmission, an on-line determination method of pressure between friction plates based on slip ratio during wet clutch engagement was proposed and used as the target pressure to control the clutch. The simulation results show that the CVT clutch fuzzy adaptive PID control based on slip ratio can control the clutch engagement process well and make the vehicle start smoothly and quickly.
