在当前改革声中,如何使医院适应新情况,是卫生行政部门最关心的课题。搞好医院经营和后勤管理是医院行政副院长责无旁贷的责任,然而多少年来国内外从来没有一套完整的体系来选拔和培养医院的后勤管理人材,既没有资格审定,也没有继续教育的机会。显然,光凭学习经营管理的知识而不懂得医疗部门的特点是无法管好医院的.1988年第3期日本《病院》杂志专门开辟特集来讨论医院行政副院长的人材培养问题很有必要,不少提法和做法值得我国医院管理人员借鉴.
