直流电机中的换向器,是由若干片V形銅片組成的,一般称它“换向器銅片”。换向器銅片通常镶有接线片(俗称升高片,見图1)。在接线片嵌入换向片后,必須經过两次焊錫,钻刮孔,鉚平,去毛边等11道工序。在大闹技术革命中,我厂殷平清等同志,試驗成功用磷銅焊接代替了以往用的鉚接,从原来11道工序减少到5道,使生产效率提高两倍以上。同时由于磷铜条起始融解温度低,对焊接加熱有利。磷銅渗透能力又强,
