目的：观察精索内静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张的疗效。方法：对62例精索静脉曲张患者采用精索内静脉高位结扎术治疗。结果：疗效满意，随访病人中症状消失或明显改善占98.1％，体征消失或明显改善占94.2％。单纯行左侧手术治疗的2例双侧精索静脉曲张病例，术后右侧精索静脉曲张均有不同程度减轻。结论：对右侧精索静脉曲张为轻度，且病程短的双侧精索静脉曲张病例，可单纯行左侧手术治疗。此术式与腹腔镜术式相比，同样具有切口小、术野清晰。手术时间短、疗效好及并发症少等优点，且费用低廉，患者易于接受，设备条件要求低，仍是值得推广的方法。
Objective: To observe the effect of spermatic vein ligation in the treatment of varicocele. Methods: 62 patients with varicocele were treated with high ligation of spermatic vein. Results: The curative effect was satisfactory. The symptom disappeared or significantly improved in follow-up patients accounted for 98.1%, signs disappeared or significantly improved 94.2%. Two cases of bilateral varicocele treated with simple left surgery were all relieved to varying degrees on the right varicocele. Conclusion: The right varicocele mild and short duration of bilateral varicocele cases can be left simple surgical treatment. This procedure compared with laparoscopic surgery, the same small incision, surgical field is clear. Short operative time, good curative effect and less complications, and the cost is low, the patient is easy to accept, the requirement of equipment is low, and it is still worth to popularize.
