本文利用坐标变换的方法 ,探讨了LiNbO3与LiTaO3晶体压电系数d33,d31和机电耦合系数k33,k31随空间方向变化的规律 ,分别得到这 2种晶体的d33,d31,k33和k31的最大值及其方向。对于LiNbO3而言 ,maxd33=39.6pC/N ,maxk33=0 .6 0 ,在镜面yoz内分别右偏z轴 6 1.0°和 57.0° ,数值分别是原来约 6 .4倍和 3.7倍。对于LiTaO3而言 ,maxd33=14.6pC/N ,maxk33=0 .35,在镜面yoz内分别右偏z轴 56 .5°和 54.0° ,数值分别是原来的 1.8倍和 2 .1倍。
In this paper, by means of coordinate transformation, the piezoelectric parameters d33, d31 and the electromechanical coupling coefficients k33, k31 of LiNbO3 and LiTaO3 crystal were investigated. The maximum values of d33, d31, k33 and k31 of these two kinds of crystals And its direction. For LiNbO3, maxd33 = 39.6 pC / N and maxk33 = 0.660, the right partial z axis 6 1.0 ° and 57.0 ° respectively in the mirror yoz, which are about 6.4 times and 3.7 times respectively. For LiTaO3, maxd33 = 14.6pC / N, maxk33 = 0.35, and the right partial z-axes 56.5 ° and 54.0 °, respectively, in the mirror yoz are 1.8 times and 2.1 times, respectively.
