患者,女性,14岁,住院号15565。左眼被狗咬伤不能视物半天,于1986年8月5日入院。查体:T37.8℃,R20次/分,Bp110/70mmHg。全身检查无异常。视力:右1.5,左光感。眼压:右Tn:左T_(-1),左眼混合充血“++”,角膜颞上方呈瓣状全层裂伤,葡萄膜嵌入伤口,前房积血,其他不清,诊断:左眼角膜穿通伤,眼内容脱出。治疗:1％狄卡因表麻,0.5％米它酚酊与75％酒精消毒皮肤,庆大霉素冲洗结膜囊后局麻下行角膜伤口缝合术,
