目的了解吐鲁番地区乡村小学生感染蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫(Giardia lamblia)的基因型及亚型,探索不同地域贾第虫分离虫株基因之间的蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫的相互关系。方法对感染贾第鞭毛虫的小学生粪便内的蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫的磷酸丙糖异构酶(triose phosphate isomerase,简称为tin/tpi)基因进行基因检测和基因序列分析。结果 19个分离虫株为集聚体A型,11个分离虫株为集聚体B型。结论人群感染蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫分离虫株种之间的进化关系不受不同地理区域分布的影响,而虫株亚种之间可能受不同地理区域分布的影响有差别。
Objective To understand the genotypes and subtypes of Giardia lamblia infected by primary school pupils in Turpan region and to explore the relationship between Giardia lamblia and Giardia lamblia in different regions of Giardia isolates. Methods The gene and sequence analysis of triose phosphate isomerase (tin / tpi) gene of Giardia lamblia in the stool of the pups infected with Giardia were performed. Results 19 isolates were aggregates type A, and 11 isolates were aggregates type B. Conclusions The evolutionary relationships among the populations of Giardia lamblia isolates are not affected by the distribution of different geographic regions, but there may be differences in the distribution of insect strains between different geographical regions.
