钨极氩弧焊(TIG)是现代工业生产中被广泛采用的一种焊接方法,是高质量焊接的代表。由于常规TIG焊在平板对接时不开坡口只能焊接3mm以下的板,而使其应用受到限制。近年来,一种新型高效的焊接法——A-TIG焊正引起世界范围内人们的高度重视。A-TIG(Activating flux TIG)焊接法是在施焊板材的表面涂上一层很薄的活性剂,引起焊接电弧收缩或熔池流态发生变化,从而大幅度增加焊接熔深的方法。利用这种方法可使焊接熔深比常规TIG焊增加1~3倍,对板厚12mm以下的不锈钢材料无需开坡口,可一次焊接完成,并且单面焊双面
