经费和人员投入从两个侧面反映了企业的创新努力程度,但是创新效果并不是二者单方面作用的结果,而是由它们匹配协同决定的。以974家上市公司为样本,对比分析了自主研发投入与协同驱动力对企业创新绩效的影响,并围绕制度环境的调节作用进行了实证检验。结果表明:(1)虽然研发经费、人员投入各自对企业创新绩效的影响显著,但由于没能有效地匹配协同,从而导致了二者的协同驱动力对企业创新绩效的解释力下降;(2)虽然制度环境分别对研发经费、人员投入与创新绩效起到了显著的调节作用,但在协同驱动力与创新绩效之间没能发挥出事半功倍的调节效果。最后,根据实证分析结果提出了相关的政策建议。
Funding and personnel input reflect the innovation efforts of enterprises from two aspects. However, the effect of innovation is not the result of the unilateral effect of the two, but is determined by their matching and coordination. Taking 974 listed companies as samples, this paper comparatively analyzes the influence of independent R & D input and collaborative driving force on the innovation performance of enterprises, and empirically tests the regulatory role of institutional environment. The results show that: (1) Although R & D expenditures and staff inputs have significant impact on the innovation performance of enterprises, they fail to effectively match the synergies, which leads to the decline of the explanatory power of the synergistic driving forces on the innovation performance; ) Although the institutional environment played a significant regulatory role in R & D expenditures, personnel input and innovation performance respectively, it failed to exert a more effective regulatory effect between synergistic driving forces and innovation performance. Finally, based on the results of empirical analysis put forward the relevant policy recommendations.
