苯甲酸和糖精钠是饮料中常用的防腐剂和甜味剂。由于苯甲酸对人体有害,糖精钠的毒性尚未确定,且两者均无任何营养价值,所以它们在食品中的加入量受到严格控制。迄今为止,食品添加剂糖精钠、苯甲酸的测定仍然普遍采用薄层层析紫外法,由于这种方法步骤繁琐,不定因素多,因此精密度和准确度都不太理想。因子分析是化学计量学中最有效的工具之一,是通过研究一组变量之间的相关性,寻找公共因子的统计分析方法。将其用于光谱分析,国内已有报道。我们用因子分析法对果汁、汽水等饮料样品进行了研究,并与现行的国家标准进行了对比。
Benzoic acid and sodium saccharin are common preservatives and sweeteners in beverages. Since benzoic acid is harmful to humans, the toxicity of sodium saccharin has not been established and neither of them has any nutritional value, so their addition to food is strictly controlled. So far, the determination of sodium saccharin and benzoic acid in food additives is still widely used in the thin-layer chromatography. Due to the cumbersome and inconvenient steps of this method, the precision and accuracy are not ideal. Factor analysis is one of the most effective tools in chemometrics. It is a method of statistical analysis of public factors by studying the correlation between a set of variables. Its use for spectral analysis, has been reported in China. We used factor analysis of fruit juice, soft drinks and other beverage samples were studied and compared with the current national standards.
