目的建立一种能同时测定生活饮用水中7种挥发性有机物的检测方法。方法采用吹扫捕集-毛细管气相色谱技术,对生活饮用水中1,2-二氯苯、1,3-二氯苯、1,4-二氯苯、1,2,3-三氯苯、1,2,4-三氯苯、1,3,5-三氯苯和六氯丁二烯等7种挥发性有机物同时进行浓缩、分离和测定,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。通过对色谱条件进行优化,并对吹扫、解吸等样品前处理条件进行考察,建立了生活饮用水中7种化合物的测定方法。结果 6种氯苯类化合物和六氯丁二烯的标准曲线相关系数均>0.999,水样平均加标回收率为87.4%~104.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.9%~4.0%,检出限为0.001μg/L~0.020μg/L。结论该法操作简单、快捷、选择性好、检出限低,适合生活饮用水中6种氯苯类化合物及六氯丁二烯的同时测定。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of seven volatile organic compounds in drinking water. Methods Purification and Trap-Capillary Gas Chromatography (GC-MS) was used to determine the contents of 1,2-dichlorobenzene, 1,3-dichlorobenzene, , 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene, 1,3,5-trichlorobenzene and hexachlorobutadiene and other seven kinds of volatile organic compounds were simultaneously concentrated, separated and measured, with retention time qualitative, external standard. Through the optimization of the chromatographic conditions, and purging, desorption and other sample pretreatment conditions were investigated, the establishment of seven kinds of drinking water Determination of compounds. Results The calibration curves of six chlorobenzenes and hexachlorobutadiene were all> 0.999. The average recoveries were 87.4% -104.4% and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 0.9% -4.0% The limit is 0.001 μg / L to 0.020 μg / L. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, selective, and has low detection limit. It is suitable for the simultaneous determination of six chlorobenzenes and hexachlorobutadiene in drinking water.
