采用骨髓有核细胞微核率测定法,检测小鼠服用鲤鱼精巢DNA后,60Co-γ射线对小鼠骨髓细胞染色体损伤的严重程度,结果表明,小鼠每天每千克体质量灌胃鲤鱼精巢DNA100mg,连续15d,可使总剂量6Gy的60Co-γ射线致小鼠骨髓有核细胞微核发生率减少47.2%(P<0.001);采用全血UDS测定法,检测小鼠血细胞DNA受紫外线损伤后的修复速度,结果表明,小鼠每天每千克体质量灌胃鲤鱼精巢DNA30mg,连续3个月,其全血UDS增加40.02%(P<0.001).
The micronucleus rate of bone marrow nucleated cells was used to detect the severity of chromosomal damage of bone marrow cells of mice by 60 Co-γ-ray after taking carp spermary DNA. The whole blood UDS assay was used to detect the DNA of mouse blood cells The results showed that 30mg of UDS increased 40.02% (P <0.001) for 3 months in a row.
