本文首先提出传感器的动态重复性与动态线性度的计算方法,包括动态校准、建模、动态性能、重复性与线性度的计算方法。其次本文提出用有源模拟滤波器改善力传感器动态性能的方法,包括力传感器动态数学模型、动态补偿模拟滤波器的设计方法、力传感器动态模拟器及其电路、滤波器的电路、动态性能改善的实验结果(包括时间域的和频率域的结果)。
In this paper, the method of calculating the dynamic repeatability and dynamic linearity of the sensor is proposed first, including the methods of dynamic calibration, modeling, dynamic performance, repeatability and linearity. Secondly, this paper proposes a method to improve the dynamic performance of the force sensor by using active analog filter, including dynamic mathematical model of force sensor, dynamic compensation analog filter design method, force sensor dynamic simulator and its circuit, filter circuit, dynamic performance improvement The experimental results (including the time domain and frequency domain results).
