采用有限元软件ANSYS对小方坯连铸机振动装置偏心轴进行建模,并将轴承分别看作刚性约束和弹性约束,对偏心轴进行模态分析,求出了偏心轴的固有频率和各阶振型,为谐响应分析和瞬态分析奠定了基础。
The finite element software ANSYS was used to model the eccentric shaft of the billet caster vibration device. The bearings were regarded as the rigid constraint and the elastic constraint respectively. The eccentric axis was modeled and the natural frequency of eccentric shaft and Order mode, harmonic response analysis and transient analysis laid the foundation.
