为了使评选过程更加公正、公开、科学,自首届金鼎奖结束后,金鼎奖执行委员会便成立了由数位博士组成的金鼎营销人业绩测评体系研发小组,开始了紧锣密鼓的内研外调工作,并远赴美国及欧洲,考察访问当地的营销研究机构及营销行业协会,广泛搜集信息,就营销人的考核指标、考核办法、考核方式等与国际营销专家进行了充分的探讨
In order to make the selection process more fair, open, and scientific, since the first Jinding Awards, the Jinding Awards Executive Committee has established a research and development team consisting of several Ph.D. scholars for the Jinding marketing performance evaluation system, and has started a thorough internal research and development transfer work.
