在水-醇体系中,以钛酸四正丁酯及氧化石墨烯为初始原料,通过水热过程合成了一系列不同质量分数的石墨烯/TiO2复合光催化剂,该系列光催化剂对亚甲基蓝的吸附符合Freundlich等温吸附方程。当石墨烯的复合量为15%时,复合光催化剂显示了较佳的光催化活性。电化学分析结果表明,石墨烯的复合抑制了TiO2光生电子-空穴对的复合几率,有效提高了TiO2的光催化活性。在对亚甲基蓝的循环光催化降解实验中,GE/TiO2复合光催化剂显示了良好的循环使用性能。
In water-alcohol system, a series of graphene / TiO2 composite photocatalysts with different mass fractions were synthesized by hydrothermal process using tetra-n-butyl titanate and graphene oxide as starting materials. The adsorption of methylene blue on this series of photocatalysts Conforms to Freundlich isothermal adsorption equation. When the content of graphene is 15%, the composite photocatalyst shows better photocatalytic activity. Electrochemical analysis results show that graphene composite inhibits the recombination probability of TiO2 photogenerated electron-hole pairs and effectively improves the photocatalytic activity of TiO2. GE / TiO2 composite photocatalysts showed good cycling performance in the cyclic photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue.
