对新疆平原荒漠盐渍草地土壤微生物生态分布的研究结果表明,新疆平原荒漠盐渍草地中分布的微生物数以细菌占绝对优势,占总菌数的99.8%。0~40cm土层是该类草地土壤微生物数量分布及生物学活性最大的区域。土壤微生物呈明显的季节变化规律。氮素生理群微生物以氨化细菌最多,芽孢细菌次之,硝化细菌极少,好气固氮菌未测定到。平原荒漠盐渍草地中各类微生物的数量及分布密度均低于同地区的耕地土壤。
The results of the study on the ecological distribution of soil microbes in desert salinized grasslands of Xinjiang Plain show that the number of bacteria in desert salinized grasslands of Xinjiang Plain is dominated by bacteria, accounting for 99.8% of the total number of bacteria. The 0-40 cm soil layer is the area with the largest number and distribution of soil microorganisms in this kind of grassland. Soil microorganisms showed obvious seasonal variation. Nitrogen physiological group of microorganisms to ammoniated bacteria most, followed by spore bacteria, nitrifying bacteria very few, good gas nitrogen-fixing bacteria were not measured. The number and distribution density of all kinds of microbes in plain desert salinized grassland were lower than that of arable land in the same area.
