针对炼钢与热轧前后工序批量计划的协调优化问题,考虑多种连铸坯传输方式及调度层面的因素,以最小化浇次计划、轧制计划中工艺约束的总惩罚及最大化热装率为优化目标建立数学模型,并提出进化算法框架下的基于启发式规则的邻域搜素算法进行求解,依据不同的优化策略构造启发式规则生成邻域解,优化浇次计划、轧制计划及生产班次指派方案.仿真实验验证了模型与算法的有效性.
